Order Accuracy and Pricing

We strive to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. However, errors can occur. If a price is displayed incorrectly or the product details are inaccurate, Baggu reserves the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund. We also may limit the quantity of items available for purchase to ensure fair access for all customers.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is submitted, it cannot be modified to add or remove items. Requests for address changes or full cancellations must be made promptly after placing the order. Please contact us immediately through the store contact page—we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after orders are submitted.

Shipping and Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to Baggu due to an incorrect address, we will work with you to reship the order. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

International Shipping

International purchases may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Baggu does not control or estimate these fees, so please check local regulations before ordering.

Shipping Delays and Liability
